2014 Junebug ArtFest Performers & Writers Application 

Performers and writers are invited to take part in the annual Metuchen Junebug ArtFest, which will be held from 6:00 – 10:00 pm every Friday evening in June 2014 (June 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th) in downtown Metuchen.

THIS REGISTRATION FORM AND OTHER REQUESTED INFORMATION IS DUE BY APRIL 11th IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2014 JUNEBUG ARTFEST.

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this form does NOT guarantee a time slot in the event. A Committee Member will contact you to advise if you have been selected by April 28th.

We do not compensate performers for their partiicpation in this event.

The Junebug is funded entirely by donations. We ask that you please consider making a non-refundable donation of $25 to help defray the cost of the event. Checks can be made payable to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce and mailed to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce; 323 Main Street; Metuchen, NJ 08840.
