Featured Speaker Eleanor B. Dunlap, MPH of SE Consulting

Eleanor Dunlap has 20 years of experience in organizational and community planning. Her hands-on experience working with non-profits and collaborative partnerships provides unique perspectives in the development of innovative approaches to community and organizational change.

Her work in the area of trails and greenways includes securing local, state and federal resources for trail development, advocating for health and economic impact evaluation of trails to ensure future investment, connectivity between neighborhoods and trail systems and ensuring trail safety. She has partnered with the City of Greenville and Greenville County Recreation District to develop and promote the 17 mile Swamp Rabbit Trail, and has worked on “Safe Routes to Trails” efforts to strengthen connectivity and safety of routes within neighborhoods.
