Conflict Facilitation Using A New Universal Mediation Pattern

Personal, Relationship, Organizational, and International Conflicts all have a similar process pattern we call; 1,2,3, infinity....... Our focus in this 2.5 day seminar will be on explaining, recognizing and using this new overview-pattern to facilitate individual and group events.
Organizational Process: at any given moment, each relationship, business, organization and international dispute is characterized by its own specific process stage. Thus, all conflict facilitation methods are needed because they may fit one stage or culture. They may have been developed - without realizing it- for specific cultures and specific conflict stages. Street conflict, cooler organizational conflicts or hot international disputes between diverse groups and nations require different skills depending upon a group's culture and PROCESS STAGE.
All 1st trainings and personal development in psychology, coaching, and meditation are needed. In the seminar, we add to 1st tranings a new "2nd Training" skill that helps with fluidity and eldership even under tense circumstances. We call this new organizational skill: 1,2, 3, INFINITY....1,2,3, .........We will explain it with theory, personal inner work, facilitation demonstrations in the center, in dyads, small and large groupwork.
In this seminar, prior knowledge of processwork is helpful, yet unnecessary. However, Amy's Metaskills, Arny's Sitting in the Fire and or Dance of the Ancient One, may be helpful.
