What is this workshop about?

This workshop is created specifically to support the success of non-profit managers and fundraising professionals by dedicating time to focusing on YOU, as a person and a professional. You will leave this workshop with new clarity and focus for how you want to approach the year ahead, while setting some objectives and creating a plan of action for change and meaningful results.


Who is this workshop for?

This experience is for individuals who are ready to dig deep, look inward and be open to a unique process of thinking and feeling differently every day in 2014 while getting results at work. This workshop is NOT for you if you are only interested in the latest fundraising methodology or tactic.

Target Audience

This session is appropriate any level of fundraising and non-profit professional from the entry through to senior leadership level. Each individual will have their own perspective on the content and will successfully implement any of the concepts and learning into their professional role.

Diane is passionate about helping people realize their full potential.  As a professionally trained executive coach and experienced fundraising leader, she brings a unique set of skills and perspective to the non-profit sector. Diane spent 20 years in Winnipeg and Victoria building her career in fundraising, sponsorship and partnership development in the sport, education and cultural sectors. After working with a Leadership Coach in 2009, Diane reconnected with her passion for helping others achieve success. She received her Executive Coach credentials from Royal Roads University and now focuses on coaching leaders in the non-profit and business sectors.

Diane is an active board member with AFP Vancouver Island, is an Industry Advisor to the Partnership Group™ and a member of the International Coach Federation where she holds the ACC credential.
