The State of Roundabouts

Description: By now you know not to call them “traffic circles”. The wave
of roundabout construction is fast approaching. Come hear about GDOT’s current
progress on implementing roundabouts throughout the state from Paul DeNard (GDOT Asst. State Traffic Operations Manager). We will also learn about the proposed bow-tie roundabout interchange proposed at I-285 at Riverside Road from Shamir Poudel, Project Manager with Arcadis.

Student Chapter Traffic Bowl Competition: Are you smarter than a college student? Join us as three students from Georgia Tech compete with three students from SPSU in the Jeopardy style competition. The winners will represent the Georgia Section at the SDITE Conference!

Early Cost/Registration:   $25 Private Sector Member, $20 Public Sector
Members, $15 Life Members, $10 Students/Job Seekers, $30 for non-Members. 
On-line registration via the ITE website (link below) ends on Tuesday, March
11th at midnight.

Late Cost/Registration: Additional $5 if registered after above date; Walk-ups always welcome at the door.

Menu ( Served family style):  Freshly baked bread,stuffed mushrooms, mozzarella marinara, Caesar salad, Rigatoni “D” Chicken, Four-cheese avioli, chicken Piccata, tiramisu, NY style cheesecake, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, iced tea and sodas. Gluten-free is available.
