The Afterthought Party, which takes place the evening of the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual Alzheimer's Association Gala, is a fun event for young professionals and Alzheimer’s Association supporters. The party features music, entertainment and dancing in a celebratory atmosphere at the historic Depot in downtown Minneapolis.

The Afterthought is hosted by the Alzheimer's Association’s Young Champions, which is a diverse group of emerging leaders who are dedicated to changing the face of Alzheimer’s and related dementias by engaging their peers and raising awareness across generations.

 Tickets $35 in advance, $40 at the door

Alzheimer's Association Gala guests automatically receive access to the Afterthought and do not need to register. Food and drink tickets will be available for Gala guests to purchase at the event. 

The second annual Afterthought after-party will help raise funds to support people facing Alzheimer's and other dementias by supporting critical programs and services, including the 24/7 Information Helpline, support groups, education for families and professionals, advocacy for quality and affordable dementia care, and research.
