Hotel room reservations:
Call the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa at (800) 445-8667 and indicate that you are with the CCCMHA room block. Discounted $129/night reservation deadline is May 18, 2014.

• Full Registration includes all conference materials, breakfast, lunch, & Membership Dinner on Thursday and breakfast & lunch on Friday.

• Thursday-only registration requires additional Membership Dinner purchase if you wish to attend.

• Additional Thursday Membership Dinners may be purchased separately for guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds for cancellations made on or after June 7, 2014. This applies to day-of-event no-shows. Single registration may not be split between two or more individuals. Registration fees may not credited toward future meetings in the event of cancellation.
