Speaking on urban stormwater successes and challenges within each of their respective watersheds, Water Quality Monitoring Director Patrick Herron of the Mystic River Watershed Association, Pallavi Kalia Mande of the Charles River Watershed’s Blue Cities initiative, and Ian Cooke, Director of the Neponset River Watershed Association, will be joined by long time urban stormwater engineer Tom Pawlina, P.E. and Principal of ATP Environmental. Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and an opportunity to comment and ask questions.
