A conference to inspire, inform, and strengthen the voice of FAITH in the movement for economic justice and immigrant rights.
Please join people of faith, clergy and lay leaders, from across California who have been, and are engaging in the ministry and movement for economic justice, immigrant and worker rights. Seasoned veterans and those newly involved are all welcome. All faith traditions, race, ethnicities and languages are welcome. We invite also our grassroots, community, labor and policy partners in the work of justice to join us.
- How can we integrate the work we do for justice – on poverty, immigration and a moral economy?
- How does Faith engagement make a difference in the movement for justice?
- Where are new models and successes of worker and immigrant organizing emerging in California?
- As spiritual and religious people…. what is our unique Voice? Vision? Practices? Leadership?
- What are new messages that call forth justice for all God’s children?
Join us for dynamic keynote faith speakers; panels and workshops featuring emerging models and best practices organizing and protecting workers, the jobless and immigrant communities; and opportunities for discussing and discerning with others the continued role of people of FAITH in the movement for justice.
