Balanced Sensitivity, Embodied Wisdom

Insight Meditation Retreat

with Pascal Auclair

It is through our senses alone that we experience life. Could waking up mean becoming sensitive again, and letting the senses guide us toward the freedom we so seek? Intimacy with the world, inner and outer, will be what we open to and cultivate during this weekend retreat, inviting again and again balance of heart and mind, friendliness and clarity to set the right conditions for wisdom and freedom to arise naturally.

Pascal will offer instructions in the Insight Meditation tradition. There will be periods of sitting and walking meditation and an opportunity for a group interview with Pascal.

Pascal Auclair is a co-founder and guiding teacher for True North Meditation in Quebec and Ontario. He has been immersed in the dharma since 1997. He leads retreats in Europe and North America, and at the Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts and Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. He enjoys sharing the Buddha's teachings with all curious people.
