9:00am – 11:00am: Federated Insurance 2 Part Seminar -  Federated Employment Practices Network – The program focuses on HR related issues for business owners including hiring, terminating, harassment (sexual, race, religious) & discrimination.  In 2012, the EEOC collected $365.4 million in monetary settlements from business owners for employment related claims. Distracted Driving – Focuses on the dangers of distracted driving, primarily texting and driving.  During the program we inform business owners on how to implement a distracted driving policy at their business.  Includes Breakfast Buffet  Carousel D-F South Tower

11:30am – 2:00pm: Milwaukee Power Tool Safety and Innovation Training Seminar – Seminar will go over power tool safety, such as proper techniques, guards, ergonomics and different components on our tools that help to provide a safe working environment. We will also discuss some the latest and greatest innovation from Milwaukee and how it can help improve overall effectiveness and efficiency on a jobsite.  Includes Lunch Buffet Pageant A-C South Tower

1:30am – 3:00pm: Contractor Sharing Roundtable, Roger Fouche -  Learn from and share with your peers on hot topics like how to find qualified employees, market your business and make a profit.  This informal, interactive session is perfect for giving and receiving targeted feedback, engaging in substantive discussions and meeting colleagues with similar interests.  All attendees are invited to come prepared to ask their own questions covering almost any business topic, or just listen on what other contractors have to share.
