The 2014 EWGA Championship -- Orlando Chapter Qualifier

Join us for the Chapter Championship where EWGA members of all skill levels have the opportunity to compete against other members who share the same playing ability. Whether you are a seasoned golfer or new to the game, the EWGA Championship provides a venue to experience competitive golf among friends and in the spirit of fun.

• When: Sunday, May 18 – Tee Times starting at 8:30 AM
• Where:  Harmony Golf Preserve
• Cost: $95.00*  ($35 to EWGA headquarters and $60 to Orlando Chapter)
• Registration Deadline:  May 1 (this is a firm date is set by EWGA Headquarters...no exceptions
• Players must have a verifiable handicap by May 1 to participate and the equivalent of at least two 18-hole rounds for the current year.
• Players may participate in either Stroke Play or on a Scramble Team
  

*Cost includes EWGA Headquarters Championship Entry Fee associated with running a National, multi-level Championship event.  Buffet Lunch, Range Balls, Trophies, $10 Golfsmith Card and all Tournament Services.

Entry is a two-step process:

All members MUST register online.  Please follow these steps:

Step #1 – Register with EWGA Headquarters

Go to www.ewga.com and click on SIGN IN at the top of the homepage.

• Sign in to the Member Portal with email address & password
• Click on Event Registration on the page’s left side navigation tab
• Select “2014 EWGA Championship Entry” link  at the bottom of this page and follow prompts
• Documents regarding particpant information/flights, etc. are available at this location

Step #2 – Register with Orlando Chapter:

Practice Round Rates:

Now until April 18:  $59 plus tax

April 19 thru May 17:  $35 plus tax 

Stroke play flights:

• Championship 0.0 - 12.0
• First 12.1-19.0
• Second 19.1-25.0
• Third 25.1-32.0
• Fourth 32.1-40.4

 Low net and low gross in each flight will advance to the Semi-Finals to be held June 14 at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort at St. Simons Island, GA.  

One Scramble team will also advance.
