Pilot Mediation Program - Albany, May 21, 2014
The Northern District of New York has been deemed a congested court by the Judicial Conference Committee on Case Administration and Case Management. As a result, the Northern District of New York has implemented a new Pilot Mandatory Mediation Program. This CLE course will discuss the mediation program and the court's expectations in details as well as to answer any questions regarding compliance, alternative mediation methods, and requests for exemptions.
