What to expect the day of the sale:
· If you call in, your name and phone number will be put on our call back list. A reservation agent will contact you as soon as one comes available. Calls are placed in the order they are received. This may take some time depending on call volumes. Once you are put on our list, you are guaranteed the sale price.
· If you register your information under the online* "Sign Up" option you may input your information and let us know which tour you would like to take. When a reservation agent comes available they will contact you for payment information. (This is the preferred option as it provides reservation agents your tour preferences ahead of them calling you back. It's also nice to have an email confirmation, making it "Worry Free".)
Keep in mind, in order to make your reservations, you must provide a valid date. So planning ahead is ideal. Visit www.majormarine.com to see what tour might interest you. You may change your reservation date one time without a fee attached. After that, any change will result in a $15 change fee per reservation.
Please be kind to your reservation agents. Call volumes are extremely heavy on sale days. If you sign up online for a call back, please do not call the resort in addition. It doubles the work load of the agents working diligently to get every customer's needs handled. So we ask your patience, it may take us a few hours to get to you. Once you are on our list you are guaranteed the sale price.
