Transformation and Strategy Creation through Hoshin Planning/Policy Depolyment

The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) will host an Executive Forum on Organizational Transformation and Startegy Creation through Hoshin Planning/Policy Depolyment on Wednesday, March 26 at Cafe Bernardo, 1000 K Street, Sacramento, from 5:30 - 8:30 PM. Registration for the event is $55.00 per person.
The evening begins with an overview on how Hoshin Planning/Policy Deployment is used to create and execute strategic plans to effectively transform organizations.
Participants will hear from several executives of CIN Member Organizations who have used Hoshin Planning/Policy Depolyment to bridge the gap between strategic planning and strategic execution. Attendees will learn how these organizations engaged executives and empolees in assessing and planning their organzational transformation.
In roundtable discussions, participants will share how they have used Hoshin Planning/Policy Depolyment to transform their internal culture and gain a competitive advanculture with tools that measure, track and advantage. Executives will have the opportunity to share and discuss their challenges, methods and successes.
Companies have joined the Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) to share resources, experiences and training that support their efforts to change their organizations for the better.
