Workshop Facilitators
Tom Adams, former President and Co-founder of TransitionGuides, now Director at Raffa, has been leading executive transition projects since 1991 and has more than 30 years experience serving nonprofit organizations as an executive director, senior manager of a national organization and as a consultant. He is the author of The Nonprofit Leadership Transition and Development Guide: Proven Paths for Leaders and Organizations.
Karen Schuler, former Executive Vice President of Search & Operations at TransitionGuides, now Search Executive at Raffa, helps organizations maximize their ability to fulfill their missions. For more than 25 years, she has consulted with nonprofits to support their executive transition management processes, revitalize business functions, and improve management-Board relations.
