ROI, measuring benefits in relationship to costs, is a common way for businesses to assess the value of an investment. This same process can be valuable for nonprofit programs in a climate that increasingly demands accountability and results.

At this event, you will learn how an ROI study can help demonstrate the social and economic value of a social service, including the net benefits of public investments and  returns to taxpayers and private funders.

Using Jeremiah Program as a case study, you will also learn what it takes to implement an ROI study and ways to use your results. Jeremiah Program works to transform lives of single mothers and their children from poverty to prosperity. Executive Director Lucy Gerold and Board Chair Mike McHugh will explain why they asked Wilder Research to conduct an ROI study, the potential benefits, the concerns and risks they considered, and how they use the findings.
