George Wilson Safety Foundation - Sports Fest Football and Cheer Camp FREE EVENT

National Football League Safety George Wilson is hosting his 7th Annual Sports Fest Football and Cheer Camp at Paducah Tilghman High School on June 14, 2014 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. This is a FREE event offered to the general public. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all participants.

The George Wilson S.A.F.E.T.Y. Foundation has partnered with organizations such as Fuel Up to Play 60, NLF PA, Paducah Independent School District, Texas Roadhouse, US Bank, Paducah Bank, Lourdes Hospital and Baptist Health to raise the awareness of childhood obesity.  The Sports Fest Football Camp will consist of agility drills, football specifics, sprint races and team building exercises. The Cheerleader Camp will consist of cheer warm-ups, exercises and dance moves.   This year we have added a health and safety training workshop which will provide parents information about preventive tactics regarding concussion, heat exhaustion and much more. Please join us in raising awareness about childhood obesity.
