Health Disparities Policy Forum

• On February 1, 2014, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) released their report titled, Advancing Health Equity in Minnesota.  The MMA will host a forum on health disparities on June 17^th, where physicians will have the opportunity to:
  • Learn more about MDH’s efforts to address Minnesota’s health disparities and health inequities. 
  • Hear physicians share their best practices for working with minority populations.
  • Discuss what role physicians can play in addressing health disparities.
  5:30-6:00 pm ~ Registration and Social Hour
