Good Fats Bad Fats - Wellness University Talks

We have grown up in a world that tells us:

  • "Fats are BAD."
  • “Eating fats causes heart disease and obesity.”

If this is true then why are we fatter than ever before?

  • In the 30 years (1970-2000) our fat consumption stayed the same yet:
  • Obesity increased by 114%
  • Heart disease is still the number 1 cause of mortality.

If you don't give your Cells the right nutrition, usable energy and the right building blocks:

They don't work well!

We will take a good look at what the science really tells us about fats and what we can do to improve our health.

Your most important asset is your health. Can you imagine your savings if you don't develop diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease? The Wellness University talks will present cutting edge topics that will give you tools needed to maintain or regain your health.
