Tom has had a distinguished career in the real estate industry. Tom is an accomplished real estate professional with comprehensive business development, strategic sales and marketing experience along with both project and asset management skills.
Tom has completed numerous real estate transactions for buyers, sellers and developers. He has a history of strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful real estate transactions.
Mr. Greenfield is a graduate of the University of Denver and holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on real estate. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), holds a LEED certification and is involved in a number of local real estate groups.
