Hotel 

The Hilton Palacio Del Rio in San Antonio sits on the famous River Walk in downtown San Antonio.  Recent renovations to the Hilton transformed the iconic hotel to convey a contemporary flavor within a hacienda setting.  The San Antonio Airport is eight miles from the hotel.  For more information about the hotel and its amenities and to book your room click on the Hilton logo on the left.  It will direct you to a reservation page for TABA guests.  The room block price is $169.00.  If you prefer you can call 210-270-0743 to make your reservation.  Be sure to mention the TABA Conference. The River Walk hotels are very popular and stay booked up year round.   The TABA room block pricing is only good until August 22, so be sure to book your room now.

Registration

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues. 

Sponsorships

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate the support of our Industry Partners.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it with you!  There is a document attached that lists the sponsorship levels for you to review and what is included with the sponsorship before you register.  You can register for a sponsorship the same place that you register for the conference, or you can contact Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.  Her contact info is on the left.  If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.
