Public Health Progress in Maine

Join us at Maine's premier Professional Public Health event, the 30th MPHA Fall Conference. We will be partnering with various organizations across the State to bring the highest quality of education, innovation and inspiration to those that work in and around the field of public health.
 
This year's event will bring together approximately 300 public health professionals throughout the State and will feature 12 breakout sessions focusing on innovative prevention strategies, the latest research and model policies and collaborations.

MPHA Fall Conference Reception
Monday, October 6. 6:00-8:00pm

In conjunction with our fall conference, we will be holding a reception at the new University of New England School of Dental Health in Portland. Join MPHA past presidents, conference keynote speaker Dr. Erik Steele and other colleagues as we celebrate 30 years of public health success in Maine. This festive event will feature live music, heavy Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are $30 for members and $50 for non-members and can be purchased when you register for the conference or on their own.

30 for 30 Campaign
While we and MPHA celebrate’s 30 years of public health success in Maine, we realize there is much more that needs to be accomplished. When registering for the conference and reception, consider giving a $30 donation in recognition of our 30 years of service. All proceeds from the campaign will equip MPHA to advocate for public health initiatives and education that better the quality of life for those in Maine for years to come.
