Aderant Redwood Analytics 2014 User Conference

The Redwood Analytics User Conference is back!! The Conference will begin on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 in the evening and conclude on Thursday, September 18, 2014.  You can expect to gain a lot from the conference this year, including:

• Opportunities for small training classes on analysis and reporting
• Hear from your peers about how and why they have been successful in rolling out analysis, dashboards and/or reporting packages
• Relevant, in depth content that you can use to enhance your Redwood experience

Optional Workshops

While the official conference kicks off at 5 pm on Tuesday, September 16, there will also be a few optional workshops offered - these workshops will be limited to 20 people per session in order to provide maximum interaction with our Business of Law Professionals. There are 3 workshops offered with  the ability for you to attend 1 or 2 of them.  The cost for the workshops is $300 for one and $500 for two.

Training Sessions Offered During the Conference

Below the workshops on the registration form are options to sign up for training sessions during the conference.  These training sessions are an excellent way to refresh your knowledge of Business Insight Advanced or Report Studio as well as gain additional skills. With beginner and advanced classes offered, there is an oppotunity for everyone regardless of skill level.  Each training session is limited to 20 attendees, so these will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The training sessions are listed as 'Free' as this is part of the regular conference registration.  Please keep in mind that if you would like to attend a training session, you will need to bring your own laptop.

Hotel & Travel Information

The Hotel Viking opened to an awestruck public in May 1926. As a member of the prestigious Historic Hotels of America, this hotel in Newport holds a special place in history. From the clock above the Front Desk depicting ancient Nordic Runes to the original 1926 brass letter box in the Lobby, the hotel offers a wonderful combination of style, comfort and modern amenities.  Brimming with stories of famous dignitaries and celebrities, the Hotel Viking has offered gracious hospitality for over 80 years.

Aderant is excited to host this event at such an eclectic destination.  We have arranged a room block at the Hotel Viking with a special group rate of $279 per night plus tax for conference attendees.  The room block will be held until August 17, 2014.  After that date, the rooms and rate may not be available.  So book your hotel room today!

To book your room, simply call the hotel directly at 800-556-7126 between the hours of 8 am – 9 PM Monday through Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday.  Be sure to mention you are with Aderant’s Redwood User Conference to access the group rate.

Transportation to the Hotel Viking

You will want to think about your travel options and time it takes to get to and from the hotel when booking your travel.  You can take a shuttle, taxi or car service to the hotel from the airport.  We recommend you call the hotel concierges at 401-848-4840 to find out the best option for you.

Things to do

After you register, you will receive a confirmation message that gives details on how to make reservations at the hotel and take advantage of the group rate we have arranged.  If you are planning on staying at the hotel for days outside of September 16-18, you will need to call the hotel - the online booking will not work.

Golf Outing

We will be hosting a golf outing beginning at around 9:30 am on Tuesday, September 16.  If you find yourself in Newport a bit early and are interested in playing, please indicate your interest on the registration form.  We will follow up with those interested to share details and coordinate schedules and travel.
