Nutrition and Exercise Seminar Series 



It's time for a Fresh Start! We're excited to help you meet your goals.  

"Get Fit Together" is a series of 12 nutrition and exercise lectures, demonstrations, and discussions held on Tuesdays at 12:00pm. Each session will offer a topic in both nutrition and fitness to get you engaged in your personal wellness goals.  Our seminars will be hosted by a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist who will create a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for learning.

Healthy eating and exercise can be powerful tools used to improve our vitality and help us get the most out of life.  The wealth of misinformation available can deter our efforts towards healthy living - be in the know and join us for 12 weeks of a healthier you!

 Please note: "Get Fit Together" does not include the amenities of the individual Get Fit for Life programs.  Consider registering for the Get Fit for Life Exercise or Nutrition tiers, and you will receive all the amenities of the program PLUS free access to the "Get Fit Together" seminars!

*CWRU Employee Wellness Incentive!  Participation in the "Get Fit Together" seminar series is a great way to earn the 2014 CWRU Wellness program $100 financial incentive for weight management/nutrition. To qualify, you must be a CWRU benefits eligible employee and attend 85% of the sessions (11 of 12 sessions) over the 12-week program.
