[$50 value] Final HYDROSTATIC BODY FAT TEST, CIRCUMFERENCE MEASUREMENTS, PHOTOS at the gym to be scheduled on Monday, June 2nd any time between 7:30AM-7:30PM.

[$100 value] Intake assessment, photo journaling, nutrition coaching and private Facebook group. 

[PALEO POTLUCK] This is a super fun way for us all to come together, show-off our Paleo cooking skills, learn from yeachother while sharing some delicious food. 

[FREE CLASS "DOUBLE DAYS"] All current members will be allowed to increase their training frequency and volume with "Double Days" at no charge. We recommend attending an AM and then a PM class vesus attending back to back. This will only be allowed if adequate food intake, hydration and energy to handle, with the approval of  your coach on those days.

Challenge winners will be determined based on the following criteria; 1. percent body fat change, 2. circumference measurements, 3. before/after pics, 4. photo journaling compliance and 5. overall participation.
