A century ago, the holiness movement converged upon Pilot Point, Texas with the desire to organize and unite to form the Church of the Nazarene. That band of believers emerged from the tent in the power and unction of the Holy Spirit and marched in celebration. The impact was felt around the world.

Now over 100 years later, pastors and leaders will gather together again just 70 miles south of Pilot Point, Texas for the single purpose of seeking God in desperate prayer for a fresh Pentecost in the holiness movement and for an awakening in our nation that turns the hearts of the people back to God.

This National Prayer Conference will take place in Arlington, Texas, October 23-25, 2014. There will be powerful times of worship and prayer as we boldly approach the throne of grace. There will also be anointed preaching and teaching focused on the church’s need to make corporate prayer the foundation again. We pray you will join us for this historic event!

Featured Speakers

HAL PERKINS, HEART WALK MINISTRIES- Hal invested 40 years in pastoral ministry.  His first priority in ministry was, and continues to be, time spent with Jesus, being discipled by Him.  Their second priority in ministry, starting with their four children, was making disciples of Jesus, intentionally helping others be discipled by Jesus. All four of their children are in professional prayer and discipling ministries. Hal left the pastoral ministry to provide discipling conferences and revivals for churches and districts.  The goal is to strengthen pastors, parents, and other leaders in being and making disciples of Jesus.  Sensing the Holy Spirit’s confirmation and call, they have travelled the country, averaging over 60 discipling conferences or revivals per year.

DR. ROB MCCORKLE,  PASTOR OF CROSSROADS COMMUNITY - Rob has been the senior pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Obetz, OH since planting in 1997. December of 2013, he completed his Doctorate of Ministry in the Fusion of Word and Spirit. Along with pastoring, he writes and travels helping to re-dig the wells in the Holiness movement to this two-fold message of Word and Spirit. Rob and Cindy have two married sons and one grandson.

DAN BOHI, EVANGELIST- A layman in the Church of the Nazarene, Dan Bohi, from Olathe, Kansas was born to long-time evangelist Jim and Carolyn Bohi. In 1995, Dan was severely injured in a collision that left him hospitalized for months. It was during this time in Dan's life that he had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that changed him forever! Dan was called into full-time ministry on October 10, 2008 and since then he has criss-crossed the country and been in over 629 churches in 43 states. Dan has a call to awaken the Church of the Nazarene to the power, purity and freedom of the spirit-filled life that was experienced and exhibited in the lives of believers in the Book of Acts.

RHONDA HUGHEY, DIRECTOR, FUSION MINISTRIES- Rhonda is a prophetic voice and experienced leader who has been contending for transforming revival in the nations for over 18 years. Rhonda serves as the Director of Fusion Ministries, Inc. and is the author of Desperate For His Presence and the co-author of “REVIVAL: It’s Present Relevance and Coming Role at the End of the Age”. As a fiery leader with a revolutionary spirit, Rhonda has committed her life to contending for God’s presence and glory in our generation. Rhonda has lived in the midst of revival in Argentina and has experienced transformation in the nations. This personal experience has ignited a fire in Rhonda to call the Church out of her spiritual status quo and into a revolution of intimacy with Jesus! Rhonda travels nationally and internationally, helping leaders prepare their communities for the habitation of God’s presence.

JORGE MARIN, CALI, COLOMMBIA, HOUSE OF PRAYER- Jorge, is an associate pastor at the Cali, Colomibia, Church of the Nazarene House of Prayer. The heartbeat of the church is the personal and collective prayer ministry. This includes a team of intercessors who pray every day. When the Holy Spirit led us to prioritize Jesus and prayer with fasting in every ministry group, our church experienced revival in evangelism and disciple-making beyond any plan we had ever pursued. The pastors, Adalberto and Nineye Herrera, began praying with a group of five people and a year later only three were still joining them. Today, however, 1,800 attend the weekly prayer meeting and fasting services.

COREY AND BETH ANN JONES, PASTOR OF CROSSROADS TABERNACLE- In 1999, many of the people coming to Crossroads were battling addictions and various problems associated with poverty and eventually they would leave the church without real change. Pastor Corey came to his own crossroad. Discouraged and on the verge of giving up, God led him to visit Christ Tabernacle. At a Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting, God birthed in his heart a vision for what prayer could do. He returned to Fort Worth and he and Beth Ann began to lead the church to cry out to God. From a handful of people in 1999 to a houseful now in 2014, God has proved faithful. Today, people from every walk of life and from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds know that Crossroads Tabernacle is a place where prayers are continually answered and miracles still happen.
