Goodwill Awards Ceremony

Social 5:30pm  |  Ceremony 6:30pm 

The event begins with a social, including hors d'oeuvres, at 5:30pm. The Ceremony begins at 6:30pm and will include recognition of Goodwill's Achiever and Graduate of the Year, as well as the Roger Matthews Lifetime Achievement Award. Dress for the evening is business casual.

This year's keynote speaker will be the newly appointed Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Anne Holton. She was previously the Commonwealth of Virginia's First Lady. For more information on Secretary Holton click here. 

The Annual Awards Ceremony is the highlight of Goodwill Industries Week.  First celebrated in 1951 as a way to encourage local Goodwill agencies to educate their communities about their missions, it is now recognized nationwide.
