    Credit Card payments may be made at onsite Registration.
    Purchase Orders may be faxed to 866.923.2287 until October 20, 2014.
    Purchase Orders or Checks may be brought to onsite Registration.  
    All Purchase Orders must be PAID IN FULL by November 15, 2013.

  Refunds

Requests for refunds must be postmarked before October 12, 2014,or  faxed, or emailed to the Registrar before October 14, 2014. The Conference Fee minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, as was necessary in 2012 due to the hurricane, Registration Fees will be refunded minus CECA Membership dues of $25 and CASL dues of $40 unless the registrar is notified otherwise within 15 days of the cancellation.

The Email address of Conference registrants will be provided to the Exhibitors unless the registrant checks the box in the online registration requesting that it not be shared. This shared list will give Exhibitors the opportunity to send invitations and promotional information to Conference attendees.
