'L' Tour: The Fairmont Creamery

Join the AIA Cleveland Associates & Young Architects Committee for our next tour of the 2014 S-M-L-XL Tour Series. The second tour, our L tour, features Sustainable Community Associates renovation and adapative reuse of the Fairmont Creamery in Tremont.

Naomi Sabel and Josh Rosen of SCA will lead the tour of the under-construction project. The project, which is a historic renovation of a former creamery built in the 1930s into apartments, a business incubator space, cafe and a health club is a unique adapative re-use that also seeks to better link two of Cleveland's hottest neighborhoods - Ohio City and Tremont!
