Health Impact Assessment Training
You are cordially invited to spend a day with us learning about a versatile, new tool for effective planning: Health Impact Assessment. This flexible framework enlists pertinent health data to create recommendations that enable policy makers and planners to make fully informed decisions that impact the community in which they live and work.
The day will provide you with an understanding of Health Impact Assessments, how performing a HIA will benefit community design or policy choices, as well the chance to work through some of the steps of a local Yuma County HIA project.
