Elements of a Successful Business Plan

Starting or growing your business requires sound down-to-earth planning and strategy. It’s your roadmap to be successful. If you are seeking a loan, an investor, venture capital, “crowd funding” etc., it is a requirement. A step-by-step focused and realistic business plan helps you to strategize your day-to-day operations, to identify and position yourself against your competition, to develop your marketing image and company image. This workshop will cover the basic elements of a business plan, including those dreaded financial projections. You will also be directed towards free follow-up business planning advice, development and guidance.

Facilitators: Martha Soffer, Economic Development Specialist, SBA
