Vendor Benefits
Three vendor breaks totaling 1 1/2 hours throughout the day provide face-to-face contact with approximately 250 business people and community representatives. Summit attendees work or study in fields related to the environment and sustainability, or for communities wanting to expand their sustainability initiatives. This is a prime audience for your organization. Registration includes:
Visitor Incentives
The 2014 Sustainability Summit will include additional opportunities and incentives for event attendees to visit your vendor booth. At the beginning of the day, Summit attendees will receive a card listing all event vendors. Attendees will be encouraged to visit your booth to get your initials placed on the vendor card during three designated vendor breaks. Event attendees who fully complete the vendor card will be eligible for a donated prize (donated by vendors). Prizes can include products or services from your organization (no tchotchkes please!). Prizes will be drawn in the last vendor break of the Sustainability Summit.
Cost
We value our vendors and want to keep the cost low for vendors to participate. There is only a $25 fee per booth included in the first vendor price, and an optional $15 for electricity.
