WELCOME TO THE 2ND ANNUAL TEE OFF FOR KOOTENAY KIDS GOLF TOURNAMENT

The tournament will kick off at 2pm with a shotgun start and will feature “hole in one” prizes, grab bags, carts, Silent Auction, a variety of contests, entertainment and a buffet dinner for all registered participants.  Dinner will be served at 7pm and the fun will continue into the evening.  The format is scramble and players will be able to purchase stroke cards to help improve their score. 

Many families in the East Kootenay region have had a child require the services in the Kootenay Child Development Centre (KCDC) and the golf tournament will not only will honor these children, but will also provide us with a fun day on the golf course while continuing to help East Kootenay children and their families.

Before the Kootenay Child Development Centre opened in 2012, parents reported that finding health services for their children was like finding their way through a maze.   Today we are proud to say that the KCDC has helped reduced the stress that parents face and we are now able to offer multiple health and development services all in one location.  As well as having 3 Pediatricians in the KCDC, the Centre also offers the following support, services and programs for families in our region, all of which are non-profit organizations.
