Kiddin' Around Event: Going on a Bird Hunt! 

The Yakima Area Arboretum and the Yakima Valley Audubon Society invites you to a special Kiddin' Around event at the Arboretum called "Going for a Bird Hunt." 

Look for and identify the birds that live on the Arboretum grounds, from the smallest chickadee to the great blue heron.  View at your own pace as you visit each of  the several bird viewing stations setup around the Arboretum grounds.  Audubon members and volunteers will be available at each of the stations to answer your questions. 

Give yourself at least two hours to enjoy all of the activities.

Bring water, walking shoes, hat, and binoculars if you have them.  

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
