Saddle Brook, NJ (NYC) 2014 Training Seminar 

This 4 day seminar will primarily focus on the VisiLogic software, with the last day focusing on our newest software - UniLogic.  Students are encouraged to attend only the days that are of interest to them.  

Day 1: VisiLogic - Beginner Level

 Product Overview
* Introduction to Ladder programming
*Creating Visilogic programs and HMIs
*Basic Ladder Elements:
            Contacts, Coils, Relays, Switches, etc.
* Basic HMI Elements:
             Buttons, Images, HMI jumps, etc

Day 2: VisiLogic - Intermediate Level
* Numeric Operands : MI, ML, DW, MF, etc
* System Operands
* Using Data Tables
* Displaying data on the HMI:
              Trends, Bar graphs, meters, etc.
* Information mode
* Creating passwords, screen savers, and other simple programs

Day 3: VisiLogic - Intermediate Level
* SD cards
* SD card manager
* Alarms
* Cloning (and making a UniDownloader file)
* String Library (language Support)
* VisiLogic Menu Overview (FB info, Help File, Replace Operands,
* String Tools (File Names)
* Download Manager
* Version Swapper
* DDE
* Indirect Addressing
* Debugging(tips, also interval)
* Backup Security
* Interrupt subroutines
* Advanced SD tools

Day 4: UniStream - Intermediate Level
Topics from the first three days will be taught with using the new UniLogic software for UniStream controllers.  This class is not intended for beginners and it is suggested that those attending should be familiar with ladder logic programming. 

 

What You Will Need to Bring...

• A Laptop (with the latest version of VisiLogic or UniLogic Software Installed)
• Enhanced Vision Series Controller for Days 1-3 (Specifically a Vision350™ or Vision570™)
• UniStream Panel + CPU for Day 4
• A 24VDC power supply
• A USB converter we recommend SUNIX if you need one. 

Please specify on your registration form if you need a loaner OPLC- loaners are limited!  You also have the option of purchasing a discounted demo unit. Please note this discounted unit does not include power supplies or converters. Please also arrive at 8:00AM on the first day to set up. If you have any problems with the software please contact Alex to set up a time when he can help or debug any Windows issues you may have prior to the training sessions.
