Global Food Defense Training Development

Since 2006 a multi-agency cohort from the U.S. government, food industry and academia has delivered dozens of food defense workshops around the globe to improve food defense programs worldwide. We will explore the history of this program and its impact on global food defense, share recent experiences from workshops in Honduras, Brazil and Croatia, and discuss current and future status of the program.
