Summer UnProgram
June 20, 2014

Want to learn more about the SMART Act, updates to Medicaid Eligibility Rules, and Elder Care issues while gaining some practical tips from your colleagues?

Do you have paralegals in your office who could benefit from peer discussions about elder law topics?

The Illinois National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys will hold their June 20, 2014 UnProgram at the John Marshall Law School, 315 S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago, IL.

$200 NAELA State and National Members;

$150 Paralegals, Law Clerks and Legal Assistants employed by NAELA members

$250 Non-Members

The course has been approved for 6.25 Illinois MCLE general credit hours and 1.00 hours of professionalism credit.

The Unprogram idea was developed by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys to encourage free discussion amongst its members. Members will be divided into smaller groups with a moderator to introduce and explain topics as contained on the outlines, and group Q&A is not only encouraged, but mandated among all participants, discussions will ensue until the end of the session. At the end of the session, the participants will rotate to a room that will feature another topic and moderator. The groups should remain together throughout the entire conference to better facilitate discussion.
