Amtrak Roundtable & Passenger Rail Meetings on Capitol Hill

All Railway Supply Institute members are invited to RSI's Passenger Rail Day on Capitol Hill and our annual Roundtable Meeting with Amtrak President & CEO Joseph Boardman and his Executive Staff on June 10. 

The day will begin with a legislative briefing and breakfast, then the RSI delegation will head over to Capitol Hill to meet with lawmakers and staff to discuss funding of federal surface transportation programs and its impact on the railway supply industry.  

Afterwards will be lunch and a roundtable meeting with the Amtrak Executive team. Discussion topics will include the state of the railroad, an update on Amtrak's current and projected capital expenditures, and Amtrak's Fiscal Year 2015 Grant and Legislative Request.  Members will also have the opportunity to question Mr. Boardman and his senior staff on Amtrak-related issues.
