Luncheon in Bossier City, Wednesday, May 14th 

Please join us for our May Luncheon in Bossier City at Ralph and Kacoo's where you will network with others in your industry, eat some fabulous food and hear Chief Storms discuss the economic impact of Barksdale Airforce Base on Shreveport and Bossier City as well as what changes might be expected during the coming year.

MENU:

Sensation Salad:  Mixed greens tossed in italian vinaigrette with tomatoes, black olives, parmesan and romano cheese

Choice of Entree:

Pasta Vieux Carre:  Fettucine pasta in a zesty Cajun cream sauce topped with grilled gulf shrimp.  Spicy

Crawfish Special:  Generous portion of fried crawfish tails over french fries and crawfish etouffee served over a bed of rice

Fried Thin Catfish:  Tender strips of catfish fried golden brown.  Served with french fries

Chicken Lafitte:  A charbroiled boneless chicken breast smothered with grilled onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes, topped with our Lafitte sauce.  Served with braised potatoes and
vegetable du jour

Dessert:  Bread Pudding
