CAIA Hong Kong Educational and Networking Event with William Kelly, CEO of CAIA

Alternative Capital Formation in Private Equity

Do you need to know more about the Private Equity market and understand what's happening in the world of alternative capital formation?

Also, would you like to hear William Kelly - CEO of CAIA Association - share his thoughts on his inaugural visit to Hong Kong and learn what's new at CAIA?

Event Overview: The private equity fundraising landscape has evolved significantly since the financial crisis, with a select group of the largest, most established firms attracting significant capital.  Once well respected names are finding fundraising very difficult, and newcomers are finding it nearly impossible. Against this backdrop, there have been interesting and innovative developments in "alternative capital formation".

This refers to formation of private equity capital in vehicles and structures that differ from the traditional blind pool format, and can include deal-by-deal funding models, co-invest structures, fund recaps, restructurings and managed accounts.  Come listen to a panel of industry thought leaders discuss and comment on these trends.
