Join us for the 2nd Annual Cleveland Clinic CARES about parking Symposium.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn how the *award winning Cleveland Clinic Parking Services team operates 44,000 spaces, 11 garages, 116 surface lots, 50,000 internal customers and 24 valet locations.
The dynamic 2-day event will include six various sessions reviewing the innovative CARES model that efficiently and effectively balances patients, employees, visitors and guests all while keeping "patients first".

The Symposium includes a sit down lunch at the InterContinental Hotel's Grand Ballroom, Happy Hour and hors d'oeuvres at the Clinic's Historic Foundation House, catching a Cleveland Indians baseball game at Progressive Field, optional rooftop sunrise yoga and/or breakfast with beautiful views of Lake Erie and Downtown and last but not least, a guided tour of the Cleveland Clinic campus highlighting the parking operations. (This is all included in your registration fee of $195)

11:45 am: Lunch and CARES Model Overview (Location: the Intercontinental Grand Ballroom)
1:30 pm: “C” Customer Experience: How we CARE about the Patient Experience: Front line supervisors will present their training tips and stories about how much parking matters to the overall hospital experience.
2:30 pm: “A” Available Parking: Interactive case study of how construction impacts parking inventory. Participants will create their own mock hospital and develop a parking inventory plan to support a major master plan renovation.
3:30 pm: “R” Responsible Finance: Cashierless Operations and the Importance of Technology. Panel Discussion with hospital leaders from all over the country.
5:00 - 6:00 pm: “E” Engaged Employees: Happy Hour Mini-retreat featuring networking and hors d'oeuvres. Guest Speaker: Aaron Shocket, Founder and President of Parking Solutions, Inc. "Parking Industry in the Healthcare Sector, Why is it so different?" (Location: Historic Foundation House - Euclid and E. 87th Street)

7:00 am: Sunrise Yoga: Wellness and Relaxation session with Sunrise Yoga on the Rooftop of the Miller Pavilion with beautiful views of Lake Erie and Downtown Cleveland (Location: Miller Pavilion Rooftop)
8:00 – 8:45 am: Rooftop Continental breakfast (Location: Miller Pavilion Rooftop)
9:00-10:40 am: “S” Sustainable Business: Guest Speaker: Bill Gillen, Director of Transportation and Fleet Services for the Cleveland Clinic on Transportation Shuttle Operations, Q&A Session on the Malcolm Baldrige Application Process, Interactive Business Review Process on Metric-Driven Decisions
