Topic: Tapping into Employee Ideas to Drive Innovation Across the Organization

Welcome back from summer. Please join us for our August Chapter Meeting as Devin Cooper shares information on SoapBox via GoToMeeting.

Summary
Businesses today work in a fundamentally different environment than ever before. There is a new generation of employees with demanding expectations of employers and innovative ideas that can improve your organization. In this session, Devin will introduce Engaged Innovation, a new way of engaging your employees from across the organization. This session will explore innovation as a competitive advantage in obtaining alignment and
maximizing employee value.

Speaker Bio:

Devin has been working in the SaaS technology industry for the past four years, after running an education business in Shenzhen, China.  His experience in helping enterprise companies better engage and align employees through social recognition, and learning first-hand the impact technology can make on a business from his work at Salesforce.com, has steered him into helping enterprises source strategic ideas from their employees by introducing an engaged innovation strategy and SoapBox software.
