DC SCORES needs your help at the Jamboree on Saturday May 31st!
What: The Jamboree is a day-long celebration of our spring season, consisting of a round-robin soccer tournament, arts & crafts booths, music, relay races, and many other activities for DC SCORES students and their families.
Who: ALL DC SCORES students and their families!
Shift Options:
- All day (8:45am-2:30pm)
- Setup shift (7am-9am)
- Morning shift (8:45AM - 12PM)
- Afternoon shift (11:30 - 2:30PM)
- Cleanup shift (1:30-3:30PM)
Volunteer Role Options: Please list your preference(s) in your registration. While we hope to match you with your interests, we ask you to stay flexible to help meet needs during the event.
- Referees(only basic knowledge of soccer is needed)
- Lunch Servers
- Face Painters
- Arts & Crafts/Other Activity Booths
- Field Monitors (help with water jugs and keeping games on time and fields clean)
- Professional Photographers/Videographers.
Dress: This is a rain or shine event, and you should anticipate it being a hot day! Please dress comfortably and expect to be on your feet most of the day. We will provide nametags at registration.
Food: We will provide food and drinks for all volunteers.
