- How to determine trends in your market.
- How to research the attitudes of your customers toward your business.
- About focus groups and where they might fit into a marketing program.
- How to most effectively use a business library for research purposes.
Our Speaker: Tom Greenbaum has spent his career in the marketing consulting business working with large and small companies. He worked at both Procter and Gamble and Church & Dwight, and then ran several of his own businesses in the marketing and marketing research for over 35 years. Tom has written six books about marketing and marketing research. He has taught marketing and marketing research at American University, UConn and the Stern Graduate School of Business and NYU. He is also a veteran SCORE counselor.
