If you don't give your Cells the right nutrition, usable energy and the right building blocks:
You get sick!
Elevated blood glucose and insulin resistance are main contributors to cardiovascular disease, stroke and chronic immune disease.
Join us for the next talk where we will explore how this happens and what you can do to begin fixing your cells and improving your health.
