The Southern Province, Fort Lauderdale Alumni Chapter along with the Pi Phi Chapter welcome you to the 65th Southern Province Council Registration page.  

Province Council Notes: Only financial members may register for Province Council.  A chapter registering more than one (1) delegate may do so at one time by completing one form.  Registration badges are required for entry into:  Business Sessions, Undergraduate Luncheon, Scholarship Breakfast, Cook out, Hospitality Suite, Closed Banquet, and Closed Ball.  Replacement badges may be secured at the Registration Desk for $25.00 per badge.

ATTIRE: All business sessions require brothers to wear coat and tie. The formal Closed Banquet requires a tuxedo or dark suit.

Forms of Payment: Chapter and individual checks will be accepted during Early and Regular registration only.  Payment by check MUST be mailled to the Province Exchequer with a copy of your registration receipt and postmarked at least seven days prior to the deadline date. Returned checks will result in a $35 processing fee.  After March 21, 2015 only a chapter check, cash, money order or credit card (through Paypal) will be accepted.   PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE "PAY AT DOOR" OPTION IS A LATE REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT ONLY ! It cannot be used prior to March 21, 2015. Any registration using this option prior to March 21, 2015 will be returned to the registrant and a new registration will have to be completed using the applicable rate/fee. The "Promo Code" is for elected Province Officers, not for council delegates. 

Cancellations/Changes/Refunds: Request for cancellation of registration fees must be in writing and received by Brother Ralph Altice no later than March 25, 2015. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a $35 cancellation fee should apply.

There is an entry for brothers whose Silhouette will attend the Saturday morning Scholarship Breakfast, at a cost of $30.00 ($31.20 thru paypal) that will be added to your total registration fee.  

The host hotel  is the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, 1881 SE 17th St., Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. 33316. Rates are $159/night  single or double.  Hotel reservations must be completed by April 1, 2015.  Hotel contact numbers are   954-463-4000 or 888-370-0980.   Cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid penalty.
