2014 Diplomatic Security 10K Annual Tribute Run
The 2014 Diplomatic Security 10K Annual Tribute Run/Walk will be held on October 11 at Burke Lake Park in Northern Virginia.
Now in its fourth year, this annual fun run honors the Diplomatic Security community and those who have fallen in the line of duty. Funds raised will go towards the DS Foundation to help families in need, fund scholarships, and more.
This family-friendly "fun run" is open to everyone of all ages, whether you are a DS employee, family member, or just want to support the cause. After the run, we'll celebrate with food and prizes. Get your entire family and friends to join the fun!
Register Now!Please register before September 12 to guarantee that your complimentary runner's shirt will be ready for pick-up before the event. Event registration will now close on October 7, 2014.
Not Located in Washington, D.C.?
Those located outside of the Washington, D.C. area can also participate! This is a global event, and we encourage all domestic field offices, overseas posts, and other offices to participate remotely. If you are located outside of the Washington, D.C. area, please do not register on this website. To register, please contact dssaa.events@gmail.com and we can put you in touch with the DS10K coordinator at your post. Better yet, you can volunteer to serve as the coordinator at your post! Please indicate your interest to serve as a coordinator before June 30, 2014.
