You are invited to the first annual PrairieCare Golf Fundraiser to be held on August 12th, 2014 at Rush Creek Golf Course in Maple Grove.

7:00am Breakfast/Registration  
8:00am Shotgun start  
1:00pm BBQ at clubhouse  
1:30pm presentation and awards 
$150 entry fee per golfer ($25.00 is tax deductible)

All net proceeds will benefit:

National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI), Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH) and Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Insititute (MPSI)
