Middle School Group to Increase Social Understanding

Ages
For boys and girls ages 11-14 years
Details
Middle school aged children are faced with several changing events around them as well as changes in their appearance, behavior, and thought process.  For a child on the spectrum these changes often create higher levels of stress, confusion, and withdrawn behavior.  In this six-week class the members will learn about a variety of topics that are relevant to their age.  The members will learn more about themselves as well as how they can get their needs met while also being more aware of the needs of others.
